quality, location, language, niche, presentation style, and project
suitability. A large social media following is not required.
Is it free to become a Makeity creator?
You can create a creator account and complete your profile without
paying a subscription fee. Your account must meet Makeity's creator
requirements before it can be approved.
Do I need previous UGC experience?
Previous professional experience is not always required, but you
must upload an original sample video that clearly demonstrates your
ability to produce suitable creator content.
How are creators selected for projects?
Businesses review creator profiles, sample videos, proposals,
languages, location, ratings, previous work, and overall project
suitability before making a selection.
How do creators receive payments?
Eligible creator payouts are processed through PayPal on the 15th
and 30th of each month. Approved content and all required identity,
PayPal, and tax documents must be completed before payment.
